Ovvia is a travel information and planning platform. It helps you plan trips and displays information about flights, hotels, transport, and destinations, with links out to third-party providers.
Ovvia is not a travel agency. We do not sell, book, or process payment for flights, hotels, or travel services. When you book, you do so directly with the third-party provider, under their terms. We are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for it.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at support@ovvia.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

Parts of the Service are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and is provided for inspiration and planning only. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, safety, or otherwise). You must verify critical details — such as prices, opening hours, visa requirements, and safety — with official sources before relying on them. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.
The Service contains links to third-party providers. Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you (a disclosure appears next to such links). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, prices, availability, or terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the trips, notes, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You can export or delete Your Content at any time from your account.
The Ovvia name, logo, design, software, and content (excluding Your Content and third-party content) are owned by Chanducate LLC and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including AI-generated content) is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chanducate LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chanducate LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 6, 7, 10–13, 15) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except for mandatory consumer rights granted by your local law. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless your local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
