Accessibility Statement

Updated: September 2026 · Operator: Chanducate LLC · Accessibility contact: support@ovvia.app

Ovvia is built so that anyone can plan a trip with it, including people with disabilities, in Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and English. This statement lists what has been adapted, what has not yet, and whom to contact.

The standard

The app and the ovvia.app site are built to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, the basis of Israeli Standard IS 5568 (regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 2013).

How we tested

An automated audit (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 AA) in September 2026 of every app screen and the landing page, in all four languages, plus a keyboard pass. Findings are fixed as part of ongoing development, the audit is repeated before every major change, and this statement is updated after every audit.

Requests and feedback

Hit a barrier? Write to support@ovvia.app with a short description, the screen name and your browser. We reply within 7 business days and fix what can be fixed. For any action that is not accessible we provide an alternative by email.
